Φέτος στο φεστιβάλ κόμικς του Comicdom, στην Ελληνοαμερικάνικη Ένωση 19-21 Aπριλίου θα βρείτε την καινούργια μου δουλειά, την οποία έφτιαξα σε συνεργασία με τη Δήμητρα Αδαμοπούλου. Ένα μίνι κόμικ την 'Σφίγγα', βασισμένο στο short story του Oscar Wilde, 'The Sphinx Without a Secret'. Θα το βρείτε στο περίπτερο της Jemma και τις παρακάτω ώρες θα βρισκόμαστε εκεί μαζί με την Δήμητρα για signing και σχεδιάκια!

Koi!!!

A kinda self portrait thing for an article.

Computer free drawing comic!

Comic I drew for monthly literature magazine ΔΙΑΒΑΖΩ. I decided to color it with watercolor and markers instead of using computer, since I'm thinking of exhibiting it soon and I'd like to put up the original page. Was fun actually remembering how it is to color the traditional way ;)

The pics are bad quality and the color doesn't really show, sorry about that! I'll soon buy a camera so I won't need to shoot from the built in camera of my macbook...

  A couple of really drafty sketches I did for a friend for the short film he's making. They will be on  a wall as part of the set.

It's officially the 1st day of summer, the sun is shinning as it should be and I just got my hands on a young adult book I made the cover of, "Κώδικας 99" Εκδόσεις Ψυχογιός. (Code 99)

Another one page comic for the Greek literature magazine "ΔΙΑΒΑΖΩ".

Here's the process!

Black ink and pen on white paper.

Then putting grey tones using ink.

 

And finally coloring on photoshop!
